Facial Specialist in Florida!
Learn all there is to know about skin care and esthetics.
This Skin Care / Facial Specialist program consists of 220 hours in accordance with the standards of the Florida Board of Cosmetology and approved by the Florida Department of Education.
Upon successful completion of the curriculum, students will receive eligibility to apply for license registration in Florida as a registered Facial Specialist.

The curriculum at Broward Beauty Institute prepares our attendees for a professional high standard successful career in the field of skin care.
Upon completion of their academic and practical curriculum students will qualify for FL license registration.
Students will understand and learn all there is to know when providing skin care and facial treatments and offering services to clients.
Attendees will have enough knowledge in business and business promotion to start a new profession or add to their existing careers.
What is Covered
Facials including but not limited to masks, exfoliation, extractions, etc.
Proper uses of a variety of facial devices and machines
Hair Removal including waxing, etc.
Lash and Brow Tinting
Florida Laws and Rules pertaining to the FL Board of Cosmetology
Sanitation measures and universal precautions
Professionalism, ethics, and conduct
Product Chemistry including ingredients, skin reactions, application, etc.
Skin Theory including diseases, bloodborne pathogens, etc.
Clinic and Office Management, Communications, Professional Ethics, Bookkeeping, and Patient Management
Consultations Including Medical History, Contraindications, Complications
Live demonstrations on different skin types, scenarios, and different techniques, etc.
Beginning to end demonstrations and extensive Hands-on training for all treatments
