After completion, we report your completed CE hours to the DBPR under your license number within 24–48 hours (typically much sooner). Shortly after that, your hours should appear in the DBPR system. You will need to then log in to the DBPR portal, click Renew under your license, and they will issue your new license/expiration.
NOTE: We report hours using the exact information entered during registration, using the license number and occupation provided at that time.
Check your certificate to see the information you entered. If any of those details were entered incorrectly, as agreed to during registration, a repurchase of the course is required in order for new hours to be reported under a different license number.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with your login credentials and a button labeled "Start Course". Click on the burgundy "Start Course" button and use your login credentials to access your course.

Once you’ve completed your continuing education requirements, the last step is to visit the DBPR website to renew your license.
You will need to log in to the DBPR portal, click Renew under your license, and the DBPR will issue your updated license with the new expiration date. The new license will come directly from the DBPR.
Yes, our courses are mobile-friendly and can be accessed on any device with internet access, including phones and tablets.
First, try again and make sure you are paying attention to case sensitivity. You may want to copy and paste both your email and password to ensure an exact match. If it still doesn't work, click "Lost Password" on the course portal to create a new one.
If you don’t receive your login credentials within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If they’re not there, contact us at bbiceus@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
After you complete the course, your certificate will be made available to you. Additionally, your completed hours will be reported to the DBPR under your license number.
10 hours of CE – minimum of 1 hour HIV/AIDS, 3 hours of sanitation and sterilization, one-half (.5) hour OSHA, one-half (.5) hour workers’ compensation, 2 hours of laws and rules, one (1) hours of chemical makeup, 1 hour of environmental issues, 1 hour of any subject related to the practice of cosmetology.
Licenses are due every two years on October 31st.
After completion your Certificate will be immediately available to view, and additionally emailed to you!
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete your course. Please ensure you finish it within this timeframe to avoid any disruptions to your license renewal process.
